About Us

Planted in Ruidoso, Growing Together.

Botanical Bliss & CarnivorOso began with a shared love of plants and a passion for helping people discover just how fascinating the plant world can be.

CarnivorOso first opened its doors in Midtown Ruidoso on March 4, 2026, bringing a unique collection of carnivorous plants, unusual botanical finds, and plants for curious growers of all experience levels to our local community. On April 25, 2026, we celebrated our grand opening with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Ruidoso Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Not long after, we connected with Hailey of Botanical Bliss, a local online plant seller who shared our passion for all things green and unusual. Beginning May 1, 2026, we started working together, combining our collections, knowledge, and ideas. What began as a collaboration between two small businesses has gradually grown into something bigger: Botanical Bliss & CarnivorOso.

Today, we operate as Botanical Bliss LLC, doing business as CarnivorOso, bringing together our love for unique houseplants, rare and unusual botanical finds, and the wonderful community of plant enthusiasts who make what we do possible.

Whether you're a first-time plant parent, a seasoned collector, or simply someone who appreciates something a little out of the ordinary, we're here to help you find your next favorite plant, learn something new, and bring a little more botanical wonder into your life.

We're proud to call Ruidoso home, and we're excited to keep growing alongside our community, one plant at a time.

Thanks for being part of our story.
