Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Carriers & Transit: We ship live plants via multiple carriers selected based on your location and the best transit option for the health of your plants. Most shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Live Plant Shipping: We take great care in packaging every plant for safe transit. We ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends. During extreme weather (heat or cold), we may hold shipments to protect your plant.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
